  • Energy Efficient Airend
    • At the heart of the compressor is our time-proven 2-stage airend. By compressing the air in two steps instead of one, energy savings of up to 15% are realized.
  • Reduced Bearing Load
    • A lower compression ratio in each stage leads to reduced bearing loads and longer airend life.
  • Higher Ambient Rating
    • Rated to operate continuously at high ambient temperatures of 115ºF (46ºC). This means fewer nuisance shutdowns due to summer heat or reduced susceptibility to operating in dirty conditions.
  • Digital Control System
    • Capacity control of the compressor is regulated by the Intellisys microprocessor controller and the intake valve which is positioned by an electric stepper motor. The SSR 2-stage can maintain stable plant air pressure within a close pressure range and deliver a premium level of repeatability.
